I spend a lot of time on the Internet. Probably too much time. But I do it with a purpose: to bring the latest information to you, dear reader. I strive to bring you the latest advancements in technology that apply to our beloved platform, and the only way to do that is to diligently scour the 'net.
I also try to bring you anything new from the folks at IBM, the folks on whom our platform depends. And while I usually hear about new things in the usual manner—discussions at conferences, telephone calls, executive briefings, beta programs, that sort of thing—this latest bit of technology I literally stumbled upon by pure chance during my traipsing (professional traipsing, mind you) of the Internet.
