Complete your social business experience through your IBM WebSphere Portal environment by enabling individuals to interact in real time through instant messaging.

 

With IBM Sametime V9.0, new capabilities now included in IBM Customer Experience Suite V8.0 IFR2, IBM Employee Experience Suite V8.0 IFR2, IBM WebSphere Portal Extend V8.0 IFR2, and IBM WebSphere Portal Express V8.0 IFR2:

  • Rich presence awareness so you can know who is available to help right now
  • Instant messaging to engage colleagues, partners, or customers who are otherwise unavailable in an unobtrusive way
