Users will be trained on IBM i operations, data access, and security at Minneapolis event.

Help/Systems, a provider of automation software for Power Systems running IBM i, announced today that it is hosting a user conference for IBM i operations, data access, and security on September 17-20 in Minneapolis.

The Help/Systems 2012 Solutions Summit has an entire track devoted to speakers from IBM and other top companies, including IBM i Product Managers Alison Butterhill and Steve Finnes, IBM i OS Security and Communications Architect Jeff Uehling, and Senior IT Architect Gottfried Schimunek.

“We’re bringing together the world’s leading IBM i authorities and other industry experts to speak at the Solutions Summit,” says Janet Dryer, CEO and president of Help/Systems. “Our goal is to provide solutions to today’s most pervasive business challenges.”

In addition to the industry track, the Solutions Summit includes sessions for all Help/Systems product lines, including Robot, PowerTech, SEQUEL Software, Skybot Software, and Bytware.

“It’s been four years since our last user conference,” notes Dryer. “This is a great opportunity for recent and longtime customers to discover new possibilities with their favorite products.”

For more comprehensive product training, Help/Systems is offering optional workshops on the preconference day—Monday, September 17.
