Manta Technologies, Inc. announces the availability of a new course, Managing TCP/IP Using iSeries Navigator. This course covers how to use iSeries Navigator to configure and manage TCP/IP on an i5/OS system. TCP/IP is unlike most i5/OS components in that some TCP/IP functions can only be configured using iSeries Navigator--no equivalent commands exist. The course covers basic configuration tasks, identifying  domain name servers, modifying global TCP/IP settings, troubleshooting, application servers, and configuring dial-up lines with Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP).

Managing TCP/IP Using iSeries Navigator takes approximately three hours to complete.
