If an item purchased goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days after the order date, a one time price adjustment may be requested by contacting MC Press Customer Service (contact information below). We will refund the difference in price to the ordering party—at our sole discretion—by check, by applying a credit to the credit card used, or by issuing a store credit.
For your convenience, we will accept price adjustment requests up to 21 days after the order date; however, the lower price still must have occurred within the 14 day qualifying period.
