We have about 20 users on our 400. Our new software submits most all reports to the Job Queue. The problem is they all go to qbatch, and start lining up (like they should) but people dont see them print, then run them again(etc). Is there a way to assign default job queues to users? I looked at the user profiles and didnt find any values for them there. I would like to split it up into three different queues to balance the workload. Thanks.

Mark, Would you consider a slight different way of addressing this problem? Is there a way to specify the jobq that would be specific for these reports? If so, you can set a job queue and job priority combination to allow more than one job to run at a time. Bill Mark Hajny wrote: > We have about 20 users on our 400.
