I would like to know how to use a variable-length field (defined in DDS)in a subfile. I would like to show only the first 10 characters in the subfile. But, the user should be able to select which "MEMO" field he wants to view/edit the complete field. I then want to display the FULL contents on another (full) screen. The user should be able to add/modify the text and update the field/file. Word-wrapping, like entering this messages, would also be nice, but it has to be on the AS/400.
