Hex Values for Display attributes

Press CTRL-BACKSPACE while in a 5250 session, then select Color Attributes. On some displays this is ALT-BACKSPACE, CTRL-F12, or ALT-F12. Dave

Can anyone point me to a full list of the hex values that will change the display attributes of a field i.e. Red underline etc??? I have found a partial list that include most of them, but not the entire thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
