You can copy a profile, make sure the new one works and then Delete the Old one.

Keep in mind that a copy of a profile will have a different SID number, so if you have IPCS server replication, the new profile will be a new profile on the NT side. This means security may have to be altered on the NT side.

Can a profile be simply renamed if a company's naming conventions change. or must another profile be created and the old one deleted?
