They were great printers, but the service was never good. It got to the point where Anzac service was _worse_ than Verizon, the phone company. And that's low. With the experiences I had trying to deal with Anzac, I could have written a book and gone on Oprah for sympathy. I gave up on them and never looked back. -Jeff
