Cannot use ALT+R key to block text

I am using Code400 packaged with Websphere Development Client for Iseries V4.0 with SP2 installed. I cannot use the ALT+R key to block a rectangle of text. The key is not enabled. Previous to the latest upgrade I was able to use this key sequence. My Options/Key Behavior is set to SEU. Any ideas?

I was having the same issue and I discovered that the View | Wrap toggle controlled the Edit | Block | Mark Rectangle option. Turn Wrap off and I think you will be OK.
