Printing header information on program listings

I have Code 400 V3R2M3 and I am having problems with printing options. When I print a program listing, the program name is excluded from the document header. How do I enable all listings to have the header info included ?

Hi Alex, The V3R2M3 version of CODE is no longer supported and is quite old (we have had 3 versions since then - V4R5M1, V5R1M0 and WDSC 4.0) Unfortunately the ability to have page numbers and file name in a header and footer isn't available until releases >= V5R1M0.
