WebFacing Server ERROR

Hello all, When i try to execute webfacing application the result is the index.html page created by webfacing tool. I examine QINTER subsystem i iSeries Server and it generates a work (QQFxxxxx) that procudes a -DUMP function and closes this work. Websphere Application server and IBM HTTP Server runs correctly. I try from others WebSphere Application Server but the result of execution is the same, then i can think that problem is WebFacing server? This morning i have installed the latest PFT but -DUMP function continues. Any sugerences? Thanks, Lluís Segura

Hi Lluís, I need a wee bit more information to try and figure this out for you. Can you tell me the SP level of WebFacing that you are running and maybe forward me the joblog that shows the failure? Are you saying that clicking on a link in the index.html page causes the failure? When i click on a link in index.html page it not produces any response. Returns to index.html page. If i click on a link that opens a new browser windows, this new window closes after a few seconds. I note that webfacing server opens a session in iSeries (work name = QQFxxxxx) but it end with a dump error. I have installed WebFacing SP2. Lluís I had the same problem in a OS/400 V5.1 iSeries before. If you have the same OS/400 version, try to apply PTF for 5722SS1 SI03080 SI03081 SI02254 (You should have this one) The top 2 PTFs fixed the problem(MCH0802) in my iSeries. if you are running OS/400 V4.5, try to apply PTF for 5769SS1 SF66868 SF66870 SF66539(you should have this one) SF63471 Harry Tian. Hi Harry, I requested to this PTFs to IBM Client Support in Spain and they say me: SI03080 is replaced by SI03301 SI03081 is replaced by SI03390 Then i have applied the last PTFs and SI02254. The WebSphere Application Server is 3.5.5 run on Windows 2000 Server. In my WorkStation I have installed WebFacing Tool SP4. I suspect the problem is Java. WebFacing Server ran correctly until anybody reinstalled java product in the iSeries. Thanks you very much Harry.
