I accidentally ran the setup for the service pack before running the main install for Code400. When I ran the install for Code400 it said that another version of the product was already installed. I have downloaded wdclean and a support document showing all the registry entries and files that could be left out there but none of them seem to be there. Has anyone run into this problem before. Andy

Which service pack you installed first?
