problem installing sp4 with w2k

Hi, I'm trying to install sp4 on my windows 2000 pc, and it keeps getting hung up on configuring the windows installer. Anybody else had this problem, and knows the solution? Thanks, Tim Swartz

Tim, SP5 is available on the web site. From what I have been told it should contain everything in SP4 as well. You might try that one instead.
