PTF Cover letters. I want to delete one.

Tim, Look in file QAPZCOVER in QGPL. Delete the member corresponding to the PTF.

I know that when you download a PTF it is stored as a save file in QMF26414 in QGPL. After reading the instruction for appling the PTF I decided I didn't want it. So I deleted the save file. However the Cover letter remains. How do I remove/delete the cover leter from the system? If you want to try this delete the PTF then do a DSPPTF and you will see the cover letter remains. Thanks in advance.
