Hi, Please help. I used Operations Navigator to drag a spool file (actually a print screen splf from as/400 I created) to PC desktop and got an error message from the Navigator : CPF3492 - Not authorized to spooled file. How can I fix this problem? I have *secadm authority in my as/400 profile. Thanks for help. Li

Li, Secadm authority will only give you the authority to work with user profiles and some security issues. To work with spool files you would net *jobctl or *splctl. Andy
