Reclaim storage ate my baby

We ran Reclaim Storage in prep for CISC-RISC upgrade and suddenly some things have stopped working. Our vendor-provided menu driver locked out our operator and our Rumba File Transfers are giving us Cannot Allocate messages. Anyone have a similar experience or know what's going on? There doesn't seem to be a warning anywhere about side effects. Thanks.

RCLSTG lists what has happened. Did you save the messages from QSYSOPR after running? Did RCLSTG complete normally? What are the contents of the QRECOVERY and QRCL libraries? Dave
