W2 Printing to Laser Form

Hello, Was wondering if anyone was using L4UP forms for W2 printing and if so, what LPI and CPI do you use. The form suggests using 8 LPI. But when printing to an HP LJ 4SI, I have 2 different situations. 1)If I don't specify a Line Printer spec it prints 85 lines but doubles the actual pages because it has a blank page inbetween. 2)If I specify a Line printer spec, the printer thinks the form is longer than 11 inches and comes up with a message to load form A4 on the printer. Any suggestions?!?! THANKS!!!!!........Brenda
