V5R2 from V4R5 Upgrade

We will be upgrading from V4R5 to V5R2 within the next month. Believe it or not, we are still using old old old Text Management for a huge application. In previous releases, everything came over fine. My question is will 5.2 bring over the old System/38 AS400 utility licensed program or does this get dropped off? We currently show it as *INSTALLED. This product has all the commands we need to run Text Management. My other thought was to save the licensed program and then restore it once we have 5.2 installed. Anyone know? Thanks, Pat

Believe it or not, for this type of upgrade you have to read through the V5R1 <u>Read Me</u>. The good news is that this read me should have been supplied when you ordered V5R2. The <u>Read Me</u> text contains all of the information about what is, and what is no longer supported. IMO this is mandatory reading material. Dave
