If the 400 weren't not so crippled, the following statement in a REXX CPP return, DATE(W)', 'DATE(M) SUBSTR(DATE(S),7,2)', 'SUBSTR(DATE(S),1,4) Would return for the current date: Thursday, April 18, 2002 On all other mbi boxes it works, but not the 400. Oh, well. bobh

I've posted a refresh of the GetDateString procedure. I've enhanced it to correct a bug where the day was always returning as Sunday. The specific link for this article can be found at: http://www.mcpressonline.com/mc/.4e682e03 It was updated on May 9 (as of this writing).
