I suffer carpal and am learning the hard way. This is a great encapsulation of what I have figured out over time... I love the idea of micro-breaks. As a programmer/write, I often think that any distraction like that would HURT what I am working on. Appears that it HELPS. Re-training after all these years is tough. Thanks for the great article and references, Alan. Now get back to work!
