Where are the "exam" answers? There are Exams and exercises in each chapter and the "download" only includes PHP Files for a couple of chapters.

Hello, Eric. My apologies regarding the quiz answers. Some of the early printed copies inadvertently had Appendix C, Quiz Answers omitted. I have included a PDF of that appendix in this post. Hope this helps.
