Job Accounting

Hello all.. I need some help with getting the job accounting turned on .. I have turn the sysval QACGLVL ON to *job, *print. I have also created journal QACGJRN in library QSYSAs well as created the Journal Receiver QACGJRNR in library QACGJRNRI have so far 1880 records in the new Journal Receiver , my question is how do i print reports from this receiver, I no longer have the PRTJOBACG command since IBM took away QUSRTOOLs library out of the AS400 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
