Here's my situation, we run an AS/400 and in the past we have done all our printing with Microsoft's SNA Print server. Here's where I want to go, I have setup an NS Router on an NT and 2000 server and have created several sessions to print to different printer drawers and with different rotations. I also have the need for a duplex printer, my problem is that after the first report printed to that session it will no longer print duplex. If I copy that seesion it becomes another session that will run for the first time with the new session name. It works the first time but then it will never duplex again. I make no changes between the first report and the second, it just stops printing in duplex. If I delete the original session and recreate it again it works for the first time but not after that. The properties of the print session doesn't change after the first print, it is still defined as a duplex printer. Changing anything on the AS/400 such as qprint is not an option here, these reports print to several different locations and some destinations don't have duplex printers. I need to control the duplexing at the session level. I have tried everything I can think of, if anyone out there can help me please do so. Not being able to make this happen is costing several thousand dollars in additional communication charges that I would like to do away with.
