Can't Load Service Pack.

I am at Client Access 3.2. I just installed WIN XP Pro. I am trying to run Check version and Install Service Pack. When I do I get error message ""Unable to assign a temporary Network drive to Service Source directory. MY400SYS/QCA400. Check version can not continue. " Can anyone reccomend what to do next? Ron

I don't believe that Client Access 3.2 works with Windows 2000, ME or XP. You have to install Client Access Express. I have been using it for a year with no problems. I am currently on CAX 5.1.
