I don't know if they can be changed on a per-attribute level. I tried changing the default colors in some sessions and the .WS session definitions showed a change in the [Colors] stanza. If I go into Advanced and change the value for Field Color, Green (21, 22, 24, 25) I see the following in the .WS; only the 6th number changes: Default colors: ForeText=28 14 37 7 46 28 54 14 37 7 22 7 28 46 7 22 14 7 7 46 28 Brightest green: ForeText=28 14 37 7 46 31 54 14 37 7 22 7 28 46 7 22 14 7 7 46 28 White: ForeText=28 14 37 7 46 7 54 14 37 7 22 7 28 46 7 22 14 7 7 46 28 Black: ForeText=28 14 37 7 46 0 54 14 37 7 22 7 28 46 7 22 14 7 7 46 28 Hard to know what to make of this, especially as the Advanced section has only 17 combinations of Category and Element, while ForeText and BackText have 21 numbers each. You might try posting the question to the ibm.software.pcomm newsgroup hosted by news.software.ibm.com. No logon profile needed, and it gets more traffic than some other newsgroups there do. I searched on Color and didn't come up with anything useful for you.

In RUMBA we can change EACH color attribute (20,21,23,24, etc) In Client Access Express to change the colors it is only be specific groups. ie: Field Color (20,21,24,25). Can this be changed? We have a software program where 24 needs to be a different color in order for it to show field inputs as a different color than the field names. Thanks!
