John, If you can't find a model that your printer emulates, then you probably ought to just not check the "Transform Print Data" box. John, What does "doesn't work" mean? No output, wrong formatting, other? Bill John Shan wrote: > Thanks. > I tried but it doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

John, Did it create the actual printer device and outq on the AS/400? Have you stopped the writer? Have you any messages for the writer? Look in QSYSOPR as this is the default message queue for writers. Check these things first. Regards André

I tried to set up a new printer session by client access. The problem is the printer model I have now is not in the list IBM supplied. I tried to use a model closed, but it does not work. Please help.
