We blew away the ICSS (Internet Connection Secure Server) directories in the IFS, we thought they were part of the Encryption product and we wanted to reload the encryption from scratch. Now we can't seem to find it on any of our media. Any suggestions where we could get 5769NC1? Thanks in advance! Lee Ann

Have you tried GO LICPGM to find the install for the product? When it comes to licensed programs I might recommend having the system try to find the product on the V4R4 install media. This, rather than doing it manually. You may have to de-install, before re-install. Dave

I had checked the installed programs and it wasn't listed. I tried rstlicpgm using all the install media that came with the machine and it didn't find it. ???

It should be marked on the label of the CD. Since that product deals with 128 bit encryption IBM has to specifically ship it to your address. Look for a CD labeled with 5769-NC1 128 bit. If you can't find it, you may have to restore it from an old backup or possibly reorder from IBM???? HTH Scott

I loaded all of the media that came with the 400 and tried the rstlicpgm for the product. It never found it. The only other CD's we have are the Encryption products 5769-AC3 and 5679-CE3 which we ordered seperately. I know we had the product I'm just trying to determine where it came from originally. It's not listed on any of the Media Descriptions. I'm embarassed to say that we don't have it on a backup anywhere either. We all know how difficult it can be to find the information that you need off of the IBM website. I appreciate the input. Lee Ann
