Can someone tell me how to remove the following - PLEASE! OPS nav, highlight your As400 (sorry Iseries!) right click it, go to properties and click the restart tab - you can change the type of restart from unattended to attended - ie when you do a PWRDWNSYS - your machine will not come back up as planned! As has happened to me - it seems all users have the acces to this option on their desktop. Can we secure it? TIA CARL

The option may be there but you have to have allobj and secadm to use it. Look at your user profiles and group profiles to see if they are gaining access because of too much authority. HTH Scott
