I am not aware of any RTOPCB command in the AS/400. If you were able to run this on a command line, then it is probably an in-house developed command. I suggest you look for the author from within your installation. RTOPCB is a PC command that is loaded into your PC hard disk during Client Access installation. It is used to download files from the AS/400.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT OPTION MEAN FOR THIS COMMAND? RTOPCB /S/F ? WHERE CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS OPTION? I RUN IT FROM THE COMMAND LINE AND IT RUNS SUCCESSFULLY BUT WHEN I PUT IT INTO A CL IT DOES NOT.

Sorry, I posted this answer in a different discussion thread. Either you're getting this the first time or maybe the fourth. Here goes. Here is a link that describes the different switches to use with the rtopcb command.
