How to Customize CA

I'm new to the CA world, so some questions I have probably seem trivial to most of you. Nevertheless, how can I create a shortcut on the pc desktop to access CA (V3R2M0) which will take the user directly to the AS/400 signon display. I need this for several reasons,the obvious ones being simplicity for the user and security. Also, is anyone using CA daily to allow users to access the AS/400? Any "gotchas" I should be aware of? How often do you download PTFs? Any info will be appreciated. TIA

Hi, Go into the AS/400 Connections in the CA and chose the AS/400 you want the icon for by "right" click on the connection. Select "Create Desktop Icon" and it will be shown on the desktop. Hope this will help you. /Leif
