Are you using Ethernet? Check the line configuration for local adapter address, are they the same on both system? If they are, that's the cause of the problem.

Client Access is a touchy program, you might also want to configure a different Router or delete the existing one and recreate it. If you decide to configure a second Router make sure you specify a different Remote SAP, usualy 08, on the 802.2 properties.
