Upgrade from V3R1M2 to V3R1M3

We will be upgrading Client Access from V3R1M2 to V3R1M3 in the next couple weeks. I am told that the modification change upgrades the NetSoft Router. Does anybody know if the NetSoft Router needs to be reconfigured on the desk tops after the upgrade?
