We have installed Cawin V3R1M3 + SF59504 on a PC running the Korean double byte version of Win 95. The AS/400 to which we are connecting is at V4R3M0 and supports double byte charachters. We are experiencing some problems while trying to store data into the AS/400 using ODBC. Of course we are talking about double byte data. The error we get is:" IBM Client Access ODBC 32 bit DB/2 SQL/400. Data truncated". Does anyone know if we have to change the configuration of the PC (page code, country ID, font, charachters set etc) or is there anything else to set up properly ? Any help will be appreciated

Simone, I am afraid I haven't done any transferring with ODBC. We do all of ours with FTP, however these are the things to be careful of. The receiving file must be Korean - CCSID 933. The AS/400 creates by default as 65535. Check this. For FTP we use "QUOTE TYPE C 933" to change the representation to Korean. I would bet there is a ODBC setting for the same. Sorry I couldn't be of anymore help. David
