Does anyone out there have any ideas on using the Help text on Screen and Fields from a general text file or printable "Word" like document. We are looking for a way to use the same document that ends up being our End-User manual documentation, to also be used as our Screen and Field Help text. Currently we create help text using text files stored in folders. However, we would like to know if there is a way we could use the WORD document files to serve as our Help text as well as our end-user documentation. I realize that this will probably require multiple files. What we are trying to get to is to decrease the time used to create the Help text and the end-user documentation and to bring a closer uniformity between the Help text and the printed documentation. Any ideas?
