We have an application that needs to check for the existence of a document on a file server that is on the same network as our AS/400 (V3R2). The 400 would have the document name and just needs to determine if the doucment resides on the server or not. I thought of receiving the file from the server to the 400 via FTP, but that seems a waste to me. Any ideas? Thanks...
