Haning Telnet session on the 400

I am running V4R2 and TCP/IP. I am having problems with PCs that crash and leave their telnet session hung on the as400. The 400 is not releasing the hung sessions and they have to be manually ended. This is happening on all my PCs (if they crash while a session is open) I have checked the following settings: TCP/IP Attributes - TCPKEEPALV=120 | CHGTELNA - INACTTIMO=0 & TIMMRKTIMO=120 | CHGWSAG - INACTTIMO=0 What else should I check to correct this problem?
