TPC/IP Address Change

I need to change the TCP/IP internet address on our AS/400. I've read the manual and understand how to do this, i.e. work with tcp/ip interfaces from the TCPADM menu. However, can I assume no IPL is necessary for the new address to take affect since the manual makes no mention of an IPL requirement?

Wesley - No IPL is needed. Just ENDTCP, make the necessary changes, and STRTCP. There was a thread on this forum recently (within the last 3 months, I think) that discussed this process. HTH, Steve
