Two of the HP5si printers in a remote location are printing multiple copies of the same spool file. The problem is only with a specific kind of letter only. Is this a 400 related problem. Or, is it something with the printer settings on the LAN?

Jenny, Are you saying that only one specific form letter prints out like this? If so, have you used the Change Printer File (CHGPRTF) command? It may have been compiled with 'x' number of copies. The keyword will on the sixth page or you can specify the COPIES(xxxxxx) keyword from the command line. chgprtf file(library/printer_file_name) copies(1) This will ensure that it is for only one copy at a time now. Hope this helps, Bret

Bret, this is happening only with the HP5si printers. The same reports when printed on a non-HP5si printer print only one copy. I forgot to include this detail on my original post. Nevertheless, I will double check on by printing this letter on a different printer.
