I want to store some AS/400 procedures in I.F.S. for various departments (thewt people can maintain) and need some security help. The scenario.. 1. I want to setup a main folder called DIVISION PROCEDURES. 2. Within DIVISION PROCEDURES I want to setup folders called: INFORMATION SYSTEMS, PURCHASING, BOOKKEEPING etc.. How do I grant authority to the Information systems group (for example) so they can maintain their procedures ??? That is .... I don't want them window shopping along the way to their folder.....What is the correct permission needed on the main DIVISION PROCEDURES folder and then the INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOLDER ??? Also, is it a good idea to setup authority lists ??? As you can tell-- I am kinda new to this... Thanks very much for any help Rob
