Problem for install Verisign Global Server ID in AS400e 270 V4R5

We have a problem for install a Verising Global Server ID in our server, we have an AS400e model 270 with V4R5. When we try to install the certificate we get the message: "It has not been located the generator of the key" ¿Does anyone know an IBM-internet-site for check this message? ¿Does anyone know if there are problems reported for install a Global Server ID in V4R5? ¿Does anyone know if there are specific PTF need in V4R5 for install Verisign Global Server ID? Actually we have installed several trial ID and works fine, and the only diference is the length of the certificate response, 16 lines in the trial and 31 in the Global Server ID, but we don't know if there is a problem with this diferent length when we try to install the Global Server ID.
