I am having problems installing Client Access on my PC. Am using V4R5 Client Access and Windows ME on a HP P4. Everything installs and downloads fine, but when I go to the IBM Key Management Icon, and click it nothing happens. No one else I have talked to has had this problem and wondered if anyone else has and if so how they got it to work. Thanks.

Also check to see that you really did install all the functions. I had something similar happen and it was because the individual functions had not been installed. HTH Bill

Hi, I am using Client Access Express on a Compaq with ME, seems like the first time I installed it said it installed, and it DID'T. their are 2 service packs now, may be something in the latest pack for this also.. Robert
