IBM used to offer a service called Support Line. Big Blue has discontinued the offering. Does anyone know of a decent replacement? IGS has been of no help in this regard. Thx.

I think it has been rolled into a "support contract". Or some crap like that! We have a hardware/software agreement. Call one IBM number, 1 - hardware, 2 - software. I would call IBM direct, that is if you are on a "supportable" os version!
