I have in my start up program a start for QSYSWRK. I haven't been checking the messages in QSYSOPR for errors (I was relying on operations to inform me), but recently we've been recieving some other errors that has me checking the messages. I found 2 starts for QSYSWRK. The first was successful and the second, of course, was not. In my start up program I start the service directory, then QCMN, then QUSRWRK, AND then QSYSWRK. When the Start SBS command runs for QSYSWRK is run it is already started. I can't see where it is started. In the OS/400 manuals it seems to imply that the OS will automatically start QSYSWRK because of some system jobs that run there. Is this true? Can I remove the manual starting of QSYSWRK?
