You need to either create an AFP overlay with the logo and use the Printer file keyword on the Print Options, or you can use the F5/Cmd5 Goto when editing the doc. After F5 Goto enter .gr for graphic instruction. Then F14 for Get Graphic. Type the graphic name (the graphic has to renamed to end with .img) and the folder name where the graphic is stored. Follow the instructions in the OV manuals for the rest of it.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I have no access to OV manuals. Nevertheless --- the original logo is a BMP file on a PC. I opened the file using Paint Shop Pro 7 and performed a Save As with a .IMG type. I then copied the file to an AS400 folder. When I executed Get Graphic (F14) within the OV document I get an error that says "Document not graph or image". Any assistance

Jose - Do a search on this site for HiJaak. I have detailed this a few times here. Look for author G Morris. These will have more detailed instructions. You may have to acquire or get a trial version of HiJaak if you don't have a way of creating an IOCA image.
