Maxi code not printing

Hi, We have a job that generates a spool file which has to print MAxi codes in the spool file. It uses page segments functionality and AFPs while creating the spool file. When this job is completed normally, this spool file is supposed to print the Maxi codes when we release the spool file to a printer. But it is NOT printing the Maxi code. But, if we send the same spool file to a different user in the same machine, then it is printing the Maxi codes. Why is it happeneing like this?. Please suggest me. (Note: Our system has V5R1M0 version of OS400). Thanks Kotiswamy.P

Perhaps the other user has a different library list, so the spool file is able to find the resources it needs. Or the first user does not have sufficient authority to the resources but the second does. How are you sending the spool file to another user? SNDNETSPLF?
