Default How to set editor font

How do I set the editor so it always comes up with a certain font? I know how to setup the fontsize in the profile (SET FONTSIZE 8), but do not know how to set the name of the font (for example, Courier New). Thanks in advance.

Option, Font from the menu, I believe, is what you are looking for. Sam, Thanks for the reply. What I want is something that is permanent, so that it always starts that way, without the need to change the font for each new session. To me, this has always meant a change to the profile, like the fontsize change I added (see original message). But I have not found the parameter to use for the "SET" to change the font. This works as a permanent change for me. I'm on V4R5M0 and I do recall that when I moved to this release the font stuff didn't works as well as it used to and I had problems with printer fonts. The lastest service pack made the problems tolerable. You might give that a try. Sam "Doug Edwards" wrote in message news:9a0573$9ra$1@news.software.ibm.com... > Sam, > > Thanks for the reply. The problem was the SET FONTSIZE I had in my profile. With it in, the change to font got overridden the next time I started the editor - it just used the default font name set to FONTSIZE 9. With the SET FONTSIZE out of my profile, the font changes are permanent. Thanks "SJ Lennon" wrote in message news:9a0lc3$tqm$1@news.software.ibm.com... > This works as a permanent change for me.
