Thread: File Member Security

    Default File Member Security

Colin, If I remember correctly ... To be able to add members to a file, the user needs Data "Mgt" authority. To delete the file, the user needs Object "Exist" authority. The user can have authority to one and not the other.

I am trying to set up security to a file so that a user has *all authority to the file members, but I don't want them to be able to delete the file. Is this possible or am I dreaming?
