    Default User Profiles

    I want to grant view rights to users profiles, but I do not want the viewer to be able to do anything with these profiles but view. This means along with changing (which I know needs security adm authority) but also not submitting jobs in the user's profile or making unauthorized changes to data by way of the viewed user profile. Can this be done and if so how?
